- Poor management (you can become managers even after 5 years of experience in Industry) - Strict Micromanagement based toxic work culture - Strict Work from Office - Managers will make your life hell - People who keeps buttering managers get promoted - Managers are terrible - No particular way of working. WLB is poor. Work is totally out dated. Career growth is negligible. Pay is laughable. Management is oblivious and arrogant. Managers are non-technical. HR's are arrogant and bears grudge against employees. People are untrained and lack skill. Company policies are not employee friendly and profit-oriented. Work culture is characterized by back-stabbing. Job security is non-existent. Politics is dominant. Yes boss culture is rampant. Hikes are less than inflation if not 0. Skill people are degraded by fellow members. Please work on these things.

Hi I am working as a full stack Architect (14 yeo) and Following is my CTC. Please help me calculate in hand salary and choose New or OLD regime. I have been doing Old regime till last year with a salary of 48 CTC. Now post revision it increased to 56L CTC effective March 1st. My PF alone will cover 80C Also have additional 50000 contribution in NPS My HRA is around 25K per month (300000) Health insurance for family 28000 Mom's medical expense 30000 (No personal (Have medical complications) or corporate insurance unfortunately) I have a home loan however its under construction, so not eligible yet for tax benefits
