Sick leave 12 we have for name sake I take 1 sick leave 2000/- deduction on salary if took 2 sick leave 4000/- if we took 3 sick leave in 3 months then 8000/- complete gone.

Work life is not good No proper planning of rosters Staff donno if the applied leaves are approved or not We won’t know what will my shift tmrw till today afternoon or evening. Basically if u are trying to join army but u didn’t get selected…. Zero work life balance Salary is deducted even for 12 basic sick leave After sick leave the company also deducts our upcoming offs considering the sick leave as our off. We as cabin crew, our voices are not being heard. There is no salary increment as much as it should’ve been since covid happened
