Zero work life balance Salary is deducted even for 12 basic sick leave After sick leave the company also deducts our upcoming offs considering the sick leave as our off. We as cabin crew, our voices are not being heard. There is no salary increment as much as it should’ve been since covid happened

Job security as we are under Tata now also we were hired under Confirmed Employment. Has so many perks of being a tata employee.

Dislikes

The management is not very experienced . Favouritism is a trend here where actual deserving people are still struggling to get appreciation. The growth is very very slow . Management needs to be changed to a more experienced and qualified people who can actually make the company grow.

Work Details

The roaster planning is pathetic. The timings they give is inhuman . thou they are legally correct but assigning flights where a crew is legal from a few minutes creates last minute disruption which is a everyday trend. Not given offs in a sequence.

Nothing as such . Actually I don't like the idea of rotational shifts which rotates almost every day . But that's not the fault of the company anyhow . That's the only thing that I don't like about aviation .
