A lot of job dissatisfaction and stale career growth, more than performance the hierarchy takes the cake for growth and the list is very long till your time comes.

One of the worst companies which i have worked and management doesn't know how to manage the company and companies policies no company will deduct if you a sick but this company deduct a 8000 rs if you take 3 sick leave company policies are not work friendly and management are not supportive or not so co-operative with the staff

Hectic and no chance of spending time with the family it's like we are robot and salary increment no promotion nothing we have to work just like a slum dog i don't refer any of my colleagues or friend's or relatives to join in this stupid company
