5 days in office policy. Poor work culture in many teams. Too much politicking happening between the Gurgaon / Kochi teams. Incompetent upper management when it comes to employee morale. Beyond useless HR. No proper roadmaps for product development, way too many things are driven based on the day to day whim of the CTO.

Leadership dynamics: Employees are instructed to address the Chief Digital and Technology Officer (Dr. Satya) as "Doctor Satya." Work from home is rarely granted, even for emergencies, requiring employees to "beg." 3. Workplace culture: Many senior members are from TCS, and there is a push to implement TCS's working culture despite being an airline product company. 4. Unstructured product development: Development is often driven by Dr. Satya’s verbal requirements, without clear product roadmaps. No designated product owners for specific departments. Focus on meeting deadlines for Dr. Satya's demos. 5. Team hierarchy issues: Team structure is skewed, with team members sometimes holding a higher grade than team leads. This creates parity issues. 6. Leadership-driven decisions: Suggestions are sometimes disregarded in favor of Dr. Satya's preferred approach. Last-minute changes due to reviews by Dr. Satya increase pressure on the team. 7. Lack of professional IT processes: There is a perceived lack of professionalism and structured IT processes. 8. ... and leave office at 10 or 11 pm and all 7 days. No leave. Very bad management. No one talks about salary hike work life balance. No growth. Suddenly outsider will come and sit on your head. Everytime giving warning for job termination. Worst company to work for until these Odia and CTO favorite guys leave the company. Which they will never leave. Best advice to Tatat management is to hire Expat leaders and throw all these Odia people then only company will survive.

They provide very little salary and put employees on contract and never increase salary when u ask for increament then management directly says if u r not comfortable on this salary then u can go.

...u will have to work not just on the weekends, but even if you are on sick leave. Salary and Benefits: are better now as the company has got privatised. Promotion and appraisal: depends on your boot|icking skills. If you focus only on your work, you will eventually feel undervalued and loose morale. Job security: It's a joke there, doesn't matter if you are permanent, contractual or even intern. Skill development and learning: you will be doing repeatetive work and keep doing it. Company provides training sessions and seminars to learn/improve skills but again you will get your enrollment approved on the basis of favouritism. Work Satisfaction: No matter how much you contribute to the company, it will never be enough. You will be loaded with more responsibilities and be a scapegoat for the mistakes of their favourites. Company Culture: The culture is pathetic. Management keeps changing their decisions, not being accountable and always looking for scapegoats for their own mistakes. They will always create a fake sense of urgency in every task and exploit their employees. The new management is not that experienced to handle the Massive operations of Air India, as they have come from small airlines operating domestics. They always need a neck to hold for their incompetency, and they want you to treat them like some God. Only then your work will be noticed, even when you do literally nothing. Hahaha. Just be the favourite, and enjoy. Then only it can be a best place to work.
