Difficult to say now as there was recent change over, Taken by great TATA group. This is just a transit time in 2023 from one system to a new one, There was some bottlenecks in promotion and salary enhancement in pre 2023 era.

I got to learn comprehensively the entire gamut of Airport Operations (international) on the commercial side of all related procedures,load control and passenger Customer Service and rules related to International air travel.. The company gave me a lot of exposure on all the above mentioned roles required to become a high achiever of standards laid out,and moulded me to shape up as an efficient mid level Manager capable of handling many flight disruptions and assuaging passenger inconveniences.. Compensation and salary revisions are not done in time. Govt is in total denial of salary increase and not in mood to pay past 8 -10 year's salary arrears, 25% salary deducted for 28 months not paid. Can a service class person afford to loose his earned salary? Post retirement benefits: No pension, medical scheme for self & spouse is on pmt of Rs.50,000 for 10 yrs that to be with financial limits on treatment / med procedures. This is like mediclaim combo policy for wife & husband. Salaries of Central Govt employee,are revised every 5 year's with regular DA increase plus pension on retirement and free of charge CGHS medical facility with no financial limits on treatment/med procedures....Read More

I hate the fact they don't treat the employees good, they can make you resign forcefully, they will treat you as if you are only dedicated to them, no work life balance, no sick leaves, no good flight.

The Benefits are good and the infrastructure is great. And as Air India is a big name, your relatives are gonna be very happy with you working here. that is the only good part here.

Dislikes

There are many. The leaders here dont know the meaning of work-life balance at all. if you dont work on weekends, they clearly warns you abput your appraisal and many of the times, even your job. the culture is very toxic and you are so sure to get mental agony here. There is no learning path as such, you do things which are randomly assigned. there is no proper SOP followed. it is also very normal that you are hired for something else, and you are doing totally different thing & thus compromising with your career....Read More
