Good and wanted to work more but unfortunately there was no hike in salary and position so left working after 13 years.learnt lot of things from seniors.was very tough task to handle the misconnection passenger and cancelled flights passenger.but liked to work under pressure.it was very challenging job.

No increment and no appraisals.no compliments.no facilities.contractual job.no professionalism.

...rincipal-student relationship. Senior thinks they know everything of everything. Below average pay. One year experience new hire staff gets twice/thrice more pay than the staff working with them since 4-5 years. THERES NO FUN AT ALL. There's always this self overrated by management WE ARE THE BEST!! WE ARE THE BEST!!!

This is my dream to work in air India company good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. And I am very excited to work in air India company

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is bond of 2 year before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joiners.

The work culture of the TATA SIA AIRLINES is wonderful as it is a open culture where you can know everything about the company. Also like about the ETHICS of the TATA GROUP

Just a one thing which Is not good is the staff salary they never entertain the staff salary growth as per his skills they entertain the YEARS OF EXPERIENCS instead of profitable skills.

... of your juniors and ask you to look over your juniors and they will listen you. No salary increment, no bonus, no promotion. Also maintaining strict timing to come and go at time of corona also. Show off a lot that they are a good company. But these are confidence sucker, demotivating, they were having no humanity. Don't trust their own staff, but all work to be done by same staff. Mental harrassment is too much. Supervisor call you even when you are on leave. Top management only listen to your manager, they won't concern about you. If you were not satisfied you may leave. My suggestion please don't join vistara.
