5 days in office policy. Poor work culture in many teams. Too much politicking happening between the Gurgaon / Kochi teams. Incompetent upper management when it comes to employee morale. Beyond useless HR. No proper roadmaps for product development, way too many things are driven based on the day to day whim of the CTO.

Work from home is rarely granted, even for emergencies, requiring employees to "beg." 3. They provide very little salary and put employees on contract and never increase salary when u ask for increament then management directly says if u r not comfortable on this salary then u can go.

Good and wanted to work more but unfortunately there was no hike in salary and position so left working after 13 years.learnt lot of things from seniors.was very tough task to handle the misconnection passenger and cancelled flights passenger.but liked to work under pressure.it was very challenging job.

No increment and no appraisals.no compliments.no facilities.contractual job.no professionalism.
