They pay half salary during training days and deduct double salary in case of leave. They take the resignation from employees without any pre information and when you ask for F&F they send the legal demand notice. This Company is like jail and they touture the employees.

It is completely an unprofessional and scam company. They need the work with dedication and diligence but when it comes to salary, I have seen people begging for it after they are asked to leave or they quit on their own.

they are performing illegal activities also girls are not safe here

salary deductions without pay working you have to work with illiterate people Already GST raid has been done due to several illegal activities first month half salary will be paid next month they will force you to resign and later they will not give you single rupee no FNF nothing will be performed they will rather give you a legal notice so they can avoid FNF if you ever got any call or offer from them don't get attracted towards salary and incentives when you join and accept the offer you will get to know where you stuck take my advice not to join AIMLAY
