Mainly job security the contract period of one year surely impact the minds of every employee because as the 70% of contract period gets over ,it's common that employee thinks what next, whether the company extends my period or for security and backup should I look for some other company ,and he starts loosing his faith towards his company that should happen what I personally feel , atleast the contract period should minimum for 2 to 3 years.. When it comes to food morning breakfast is been horrible experience...
