Overall a good experience here. It's a good organization to start with.

Dislikes

Overall not so bad experience that I have here but mainly people are not so happy with pay here also some of the management people are not so good. However as I mentioned before this is good company to start with. You just need to expect slow growth and less pay.

Dislikes

Leadership is extremely low standard with zero or no skill, they hire their family n friends, favouritism is all over, Typical Gujrati Culture, Regionism all over, pls pls pls don't join this company else you will spoil your career n peace of mind

...Job or working schedules for week and laid off wihout notice or communication. Exception facilities granted to employee relatives of Big Boss with Position and Pay without checking their productivity , qualification or experience. HR dept is puppet to the show and strings are controlled by Management and paint picture as they want. No Policies in places. Even if you are Jobless and get an offer from this company, do not accept offer or Join the organisation. Its better to starve for Days and look for other oppurtunity than lose you mental peace, health and self respect by accepting their offer.

The teamleaders had polite nature and work culture was somewhat good

Dislikes

Salary is much less. No overtime was given despite they told us during interview that we'll provide overtime. Work burden is much. U cannot have work life balance as they stretch you for 10-12 hours of work. The company time was 8am-5.30pm but we never logged out before 6-6.30 on normal days and on peak season it extended to from 8am-8.30pm with no overtime. My suggestion is that if u have done Bpharm or Mpharm, don't waste your time here; there is no salary progress for upcoming years. They will only increase your work not salary nd if salary is increased it will be Rs50-750 increase in a year, not more than that.

No proper technology, IT support was too bad, system installed things were not working properly, no bonus concept, there is no proper communication and for each and everything need to be doing follow up, all the things are late, no proper holidays, no proper Pf breakup,
