Nothing to like about this organisation, Also search for "Adrosonic IT Consultancy service" on ambition box , it's also the same company with 2.9 star rating which was dropped below 2 . But all the positive rating posted here by their HR team and on paid basis, Please don't believe . They even blocked from Glassdoor for manipulating rating on their platform. Please check their too:)

Everything, from onboarding to salary change before joining . D grade office culture , very toxic and unhealthy in nature. Please don't waste your crucial time , you will not learn anything from here. All the manager are boot lickers of the CEO Mayank . Who himself have no ethics to run a company. More than 100+ employees resigned this organisation in last 3 years, having a team of only 120-130. They also comes with various unethical bonds where you need to pay if you leave the company before certain period. Also you are getting only 50% in-hand of what your monthly pay, most of it was divided in the name of annual and quarterly pay, which is also variable. So FUNNY ! You will thank me later. Your well wisher :)

Best company for wasting bright students career and make CEO more powerful and HR(VINEETA BAJPAI) most corrupted eveer to f*c* s***n** car*** . VINEETA BAJPAI just discriminate employees in basis of gender, caste, s*x, co**ur, and place of birth. Worst hated women after Nirmala Tai for taking hard earned money from employees.
