And regarding office politics, HR departments stands to be one of the worst especially my Area HR, Mr. Tibin Varghese, who takes everything personally and punishes you dearly for it. Pray you don’t get employeed in Kerala region under this HR

One of the worst company to work with , they don’t pay you on time , the salary of month will be given in next and they won’t even care you are sick or what these people will just don’t give you any work life balance and make you work 24*7 If you reading this trust me reject the letter you will get better jobs but don’t spoil your career with them

All the operational aspects are quite strong compared to other Retail brands in the Market. To create a base in this retail industry ABFRL is the best company to start off with.

...2th and above, they are permanent. They dont give benefits to apprentice at all. No incentives no bonus no gifts. It doesnt feel good to be an apprentince in the company, and its a personal experience.
