I'm happy to get into these platforms after my graduation. It helped me a lot in my life as monitory as well as personal development. I have worked in different places in Kerala that helped to understand the cultural differences of an area affect the student's education level as well. I wholeheartedly believe the Career aspiration of SDE will also improve after joining this organization. The balances between work and study can be manageable for any SDE in ASAP. This is a best platform for anyone to explore yourself and to build a career after these.

It is an awesome experience to work with ASAP. Time is also very flexible as it is a part time job.I could manage my studies along with working. Attractive part of ASAP is it's remuneration. Very comfortable working here.

This job gives everyone the same post (i.e., Programme Manager (PM)), but the exposure differs in the position you're associated with. It gives a chance to be a people person among general public, or a manager among Training partners, or even be at a research level too. The divisional responsibilities are even more diverse. It makes you a bold and experienced person with travel and lead in various scenarios that you face in your work. The work-life balance is something that you have to configure but, we can see so many in front of us who have done it. The people you work with are equally compassionate and cutthroat at fulfilling their assigned duties. In a nutshell, this is a place where you can experiment with yourself and find your forte and excel at it.

Sometimes, the job gets too much in the way of the job that the PM working among the general public feel that, the PM working in a division or a skill training sector does not reckon with the 'ground realties' of the implementation of certain aspects of the skill training and vice-versa. This notion has now come down to a great extent, but it does feel that it prevails in minuscule levels.
