Company is not all bad, there are really nice people here. New Employs can be over worked but in start learning curve use to be good. Your work and effort can be totally neglected at times but on other u can be appreciated too so its sweet and sour, over all I cant say I had bad experience but navigating the world after this was not very great for me

Dislikes

Over all growth and environment is restrictive in nature, there is red mark time for 5 min exceeded break or being late for a 5-10 min, in morning it use to feel like a race against time. Freshers can be over worked which can be beneficial at time but mostly gets too much to handle. The rumination so provided is negligible and when we move out from the company it gets really difficult to prove your worth. Work life and personal life balance does take a huge hit at times, and getting leaves is a hustle, you have to give 1000 explanation on why you want leave even if you have designated leave pending. The mandatory off that every company has to provide can be 7-8 in number but most of the time they are scheduled conveniently on weekends so lets say last year Janamshtmi was on monday it wont be off but this year its on sunday then it will be an off day. the company policies are more employer and company centric than employee centric which is a huge disadvantage for any one, policies changes every year and it lacks consistency and can be altered by management to meet their own ends. When you leave they do make it a huge deal trying to retain and all but fact is that when an employee has made his/her mind to leave then its no use, try doing the work in ways that they dont reach their.

Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.
