They offer industry standard salary , and have reputed business partners

Though have reputed business partners but have seen due to lack of no. projects , they lay off as n when required all of sudden and have no plans for employees .

I am working here from 3 years and it is good company, I am working at client place, and I am completing my work at time so management does not bother any thing else. good apprised almost 8-10% every year.

no more benefits only fixed pay.

The company is open to adapt the latest technology in the market. I was working on one of the hot technology in the market and enjoyed my learning and working for the tenure.

Dislikes

Compensation is very bad after you become the full time employee. No good hikes.Never expect your variable payouts to be 90% even. And the new work timing policies are very restrictive.

I worked at client location, hence nothing did I see apart from getting monthly salary.

Dislikes

They do not have sufficient clients so job security is a big big problem. They can ask you to resign on a very short notice. Account managers are not well trained to deal tough situations.
