...nvironment and culture. Team mates are supportive and management is transparent. But there are no growth opportuniities and salary issues.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. On the job training is not given to new joinees

Dislikes

Management, Work method, Work quality, job security, increasement policy, always work pressure, no work time ' is it 12 or more than 20 working hours at site' another way time is not fixed.

There is an improvement in finances, and streamlining the past in terms of statutes was challenging. The concept of change has been adopted wisely, judgmental thinking replaced by professional decisions

Dislikes

The motivation is low. The team spirit has been inculcated but with disturbance and disruptive forces looming high. The career growth has to be long term.
