HR: Communicated wrong promises till joining, Deducted additional amount under gratuity 4% , no proper introductions about the company or work and roles and responsibilities. Management : Behave like a evils no respect, no proper KTs on projects and company process, Strictly on Timings, No work life balance, irrespective Shifts, no cafeteria only available 12 to 4 after no food to eat no plates no spoons no cafeteria properly, drink with in the desk only.Hikes provided max 2% irrespective of your hardwork.Inform mon to sat but will work all 7 days. Infrastructure: Allocated outdated desktops, outdated laptops, outdated infrastructure, no proper network, not provided minimum speed laptops Conclusion: strongly recommended to don't join
