Team is very supportive in sharing knowledge and assisting when required and CEO and higher management are very passionate and strive towards company growth and are innovative

Dislikes

Work and life balance is not up to mark can be better , overtime and extra hours are not extensively considered , better compensations/bonuses should be considered

Flexible work culture, easily to connect with other colleagues.

Dislikes

No work life ballance sometime need to work late nights (till 2-3 morning) once in a month. Worst leave policy, worst CEO, company does not provide variable at the year end, bad appraisals.
