Job Summary:
Join our dynamic team as a System Engineer and become an integral part of our technical support and implementation operations.
We are seeking a proactive and technically proficient individual with 2-4 years of experience to provide exceptional support and implement cutting-edge solutions for our clients.
In this role, you will leverage your foundational knowledge of desktop support, networking, operating systems, and virtualization to resolve technical issues, contribute to cross-functional discussions, and implement innovative technologies.

Key Responsibilities:
Technical Support & Troubleshooting:
- Provide timely and effective technical support to customers by addressing support tickets within defined TATs and SLAs.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to desktop applications, operating systems, and network connectivity.
- Reproduce customer issues, analyze root causes, and implement viable solutions, including scripting and simple workarounds.
- Document all support activities, resolutions, and knowledge base articles.
Implementation & Configuration:
- Implement and configure products related to Zero Trust Network and Virtualization technologies in cloud and on-premise environments.
- Adapt and implement new technologies within the Zero Trust Network and Virtualization verticals.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of solution documents, KB articles, and incident/preliminary analysis documents.
- Create RCA documentation.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Participate in cross-functional team discussions with Quality Analysts, Security Analysts, and the Development team.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless issue resolution and knowledge sharing.
Network & System Administration:
Maintain a basic understanding of computer networks and networking fundamentals.
Assist in the configuration and troubleshooting of basic networking devices, such as firewalls, switches, and routers.
Maintain and have knowledge of various operating systems.
Technical Skills Required:
Operating Systems:
Proficiency in Windows 7, 8, and 10.
Basic knowledge of Linux distributions, such as Ubuntu, Red Hat, and Debian.
Networking :
- Understanding of basic networking concepts and protocols.
- Familiarity with networking devices, including firewalls, switches, and routers.
- Understanding of networking fundamentals.
Desktop & Application Support:
- Basic knowledge of desktop and application support principles.
Experience with ticketing systems.
Virtualization & Cloud:
- Basic understanding of on-premise and cloud virtualization environments.
