Ignoring long serving good technical people for Salary Hike. Feel shame to tell our Salary as Juniors are getting more than 200% Salary is worst for long staying employees and not as per industry standards. Pay hike is motivating to quit and re join

Good pay compare to many other peer IT company. If lucky than chance to travel to other countries with good pay.

Dislikes

Accenture becoming like another indian IT Company with many people have no specific roles and objectives in their career. Due to organization initiative such as diversity etc, although that may be good, however male employee are ignored and no promotions/hike offered. It was expected as diversity for roles than promotion however it is happening other-way round.

Work from home to me was really saved some financial stability that's it

No hike from 2 years telling budget constraints but we are working daily if they have budget constraints there should not be development also

Learning opportunities are good, My current project is good, no micro management or other headaches

Dislikes

Appraisal is very bad, Since Julie's entry to the company, most of employees are not seeing good salary hikes

Pros: Work culture, Flexible timings (based on projects), Salary and Benefits.

Dislikes

Cons: There is no scope for learning and skill development - most of the time, you'll end up in roles that doesn't suite your skill sets, Poor work-life balance ( based on projects), linguistic politics/partiality among the managers.
