They are good in using latest technology. But cons are more with them. They are so unprofessional in pay and appraisal, they will increase your ctc by increasing VP but they wouldn't pay you that even 50% of it. They will make you work like robot but will never appreciate your work. If you will raise concern regarding anything, you will get xcuses nothing else. No good gym, no swimming pool, no rewards, no annual function or party, no annual gifts, no other benefits, no parties always budget issue, bad canteen, bad sitting place maintenance, no happy positive vibes at your desk. Management is not as expected across departments/verticals. Need to be employee friendly and should have a courtesy to hear about the employee's concern

The Major Pros of Accenture is it's perks and attractive salary for which every employee crave for. Growth and learning is also captivating.

Dislikes

As I was in Customer Support, maybe due to this profile there is no work from home or hybrid culture, or any work life balance. This is totally personal comment and thought on this. Otherwise everything was good in working with Accenture.

There is a significant discrepancy between the variable compensation mentioned in the offer letters and the actual amount disbursed by the payroll. 100% of LVB earned is never going to be >50% of your LVB mentioned in your offer letter.

...e scheduled for 11pm. 2. They don't give increment after the end of fiscal year. From last 2 years there has been no increment in salary. They just give you hopes that you will get it next year. You will not be able to grow financially here. 3. Managers dont listen to you. They make you work on saturdays and sundays without any comp-off or rewards. Basically you get nothing but lots of pressure and workload.
