Liked nothing till my Last working day. Transition to work from home was pain and there was very less cooperation from internal teams.

...oss misuse of talent at all levels. Internal job postings are just for namesake. Variable pay structure is not properly defined and is not uniform across projects. Now, to the most important part, during the full and final settlement, notice period recovery was done for me even aftere serving the complete notice period. I am having a hard time eunning aroun the HR and the payroll team to get this sorted as they are hardly bothered after the employee leaves the organisation. I am suffering, just because someone(payroll team and HR) did not do their job properly. High level of incompetency and making people run for their hard earned money during these times is simply not acceptable at any point. The sad thing is you will not be able to talk to any team after the last working day and even the HR is least bothered to resolve issues faced by employees after they leave the company. Hope this review helps and nobody has to go through this.

Usual things that come with a big brand like office spaces and facilities and on time salary

Dislikes

They don't care if it is Covid or not, they will lay you off whenever they feel like it. Work place politics is amongst the worst rampant favouritism and lack of culture and ethics.

Company is good for salary but work life balance is too bad working hours is too long no fixed time daily working hours should be more than 12 hours.

Work life balance , no social Indian culture festivals celebration on any occasions this is too bad

...ving workforce which is highly non meritorious. Micro management is a key issue. No promotions and salary is under indexed to the competition

...ig time with promoting culture of favouritism, groupism and absolute biasedness. Bonus are highlighted with 0-27% but most ppl never get beyond 10%.
