There is low or no growth in terms of promotion and salary. Too many checks when during promotion cycle and management doesn't care until you resigned.

Work culture is awful. The candidates are not allocated projects as per their strength and interest and are forced into something which they do not want

If you ever being placed in Accenture, don't plan to move out. Bz more than salary, job security and good work culture matters. And there are very less organizations to provide those two like Accenture.

Work load is bit high. But that's fine as job security is there.

I like the recognition of the work done. And also the Friendly environment.

Not satisfied with the package according to the role but yeah i joined as a fresher so it was less and did not get much of promotions

Job security also good sometimes depends on performance, work environment is very friendly and comfortable . All policies in Accenture are really very useful when need. It's Really great experience to work in Accenture as an employee.

Salary is very decent in nature😇.
