Appraisal policy is really not good. They are paying high salary to new joiner but the people who already giving there best in the organization they are not giving enough increment.

Depends on your project but more or less work environment is free and not much of micro management is there Work hours are flexible Work life balance can be maintained in most of the projects Learning is encouraged but self motivated learning proves fruitful

...th depends on your equation with manager rather than your actual project work. Salary increments have been disappointing since last two appraisals.
