You have opportunities to work on new skills, if you are really keen and prepare your self for it.

Work satisfaction - Good

Dislikes

...relocate, hardly get chance to work from your location. Else you have to resign. Now a days, salary is not getting incremented, no appraisal. Some managers are thinking to utilize resource in free of cost, if possible and treating like their maid of their home.

Cab available for shift timing

Dislikes

If project shut down then new joiners are fired first on basis of cost cutting. Even on bench they give 3 week ultimatum to find project else you will be kicked out. Only if you are selected by project then only you should join else on bench you need to go through interview process. Working for US shift is not preferred.

How soon should I say I'm not joining the org.

I have offer from 3 orgs 1. Deloitte 2. Thoughtworks 3. TCS Decided to join Deloitte on March 05, which is the DoJ of other two as well. I wanted to know when is the right time to inform tcs and thoughtworks that I'm not joining their orgs, and what's the best reason to give? I wanted to have a backup offer if in worst case deloittes offer messes up.
