Politics, no growth, no work life balance, no hikes, salary sucks, nobody knows anything.

...in this organization, there are very supportive and great people working around. I don’t have much complaints on salary but yes, variables are pathetic and very disappointing.

Variables: it will show very high like 21%, 27% etc. but will credit like nothing. Will receive a amount which is out of the least imagination. Promotion: not a big fan of Accenture, if you’re holding an offer also they will promise you this and that & result/ outcome will be complete dissatisfaction.

Work life balance is good. Salary always gets deposited on time. Accenture pays more variable bonus percentage than its competitors.

Dislikes

Mostly handling support projects. So anyone who is looking for implementation project, Accenture may disappoint you.

People consider designations over knowledge. Leadership is just for name sake. Extended work hours. Too many internal clashes. Client are considered owners and employees pet. You are considered to have a always on display feature and that has to be left ON.
