In this company if you are luck you get the development project but if you are unlick you are put in a support project and there you need to work on shifts and they don't if you unable to do shift unless there is medical reason so be careful while joining this firm think twice when joining and about the salary and appraisal it is the best company in comparison with Mass recuriters. So if you have no option left and have offer from mass recuriters choose Accenture and above one is applicable to all the mass recuriters it depands on your luck in which project you will get.

Promotion and salary hikes evaluations are poor. Depending on projects, Team Leads fail to appreciate good work and based on time spend in project we got promotions and hikes.

Nothing much, if you are a fresher if you get tagged to a big client project, you don't have much work, at this time I would suggest to do certifications and upskill.

The Work Environment, skill development, the management, work life balance, best compensation, annual appraisal, promotions, mid-year hike

Dislikes

The most and important thing I dislike is that if an employee wants to switch domain through internal projects, then they don't provide the opportunity to grow (also they don't bother to know how much knowledge you have in that topic or domain) and mention diffrent weird reasons to reject you. Other than that Accenture is the best place to work.

Was good working as assistance manager, my managers and senior gave me enough opportunity and chance to learn and grow. Only due to covid and work from home, work life balance has got disturbed. Hope that should be back to normal once we resume office.
