If you are staying in a company too long. They would not revise your compensation as per market value during financial cycle. Sometime you will see new hired people on same level earning double than yours.

Overall growing company and lot of projects to work on .They focus a lot on overall development and technical proficiency

Dislikes

Hikes are not upto the mark .Variable pay is at lower side .One tip , if you are joining accenture, negotiate salary prior to joining so that you join at good pay

... than other service based companies like Wipro, HCL, Infosys, Tech Mahindra etc. It is an employee friendly company with decent salary hikes. They provided one time thank-you bonus during covid.

Few managers are not good, they demotivate team members and frequent change in management affects employees growth.

Rewarding compensation based on multiple parameters and not just with supervisor inputs

Being a service company, the disadvantage I see his moving to the role we aspire might always be tricky as we need to have the right demand, right opportunity and that opportunity to reach to you in this large company

The Major Pros of Accenture is it's perks and attractive salary for which every employee crave for. Growth and learning is also captivating.

Dislikes

As I was in Customer Support, maybe due to this profile there is no work from home or hybrid culture, or any work life balance. This is totally personal comment and thought on this. Otherwise everything was good in working with Accenture.
