There is no work life balance in 80% of the processes. They will expect you to work even you are on leave. So if you are geeting hired be ready to compromise your health and work life balance.

In terms of entry and exit it is easy and smooth process. Provide you courses to enhance your skills. Job security is very good.

Dislikes

...k life balance working for extended hours but still do not get rewards for that. No salary hikes and promotion are very delayed. They will just give false commitment and keep you on hold. Checking your patience.

Every aspect of working here gives more knowledge and improvement to our career growth personally.. As well as the pay for the work gives satisfaction which is most needed for all the employees

Good work culture, employees safety policies. Appraisal are fair enough good salary hike as per market constraints. If one project is closed then we have time to apply for next job within Accenture.

Lot of politics. Management is taking slow action if something went wrong among team members. Slow career growth lot of time to wait for next level movement.

Team mates were very supportive and trained by welknowed SME's. Career growth was also good but salary was not upto the mark....travelling i mean transport facility was superb misbehaved drivers or any problems are not happns here.Work life was balance able,work environment was wonderful very talented people surrounded in my work place.
