You have to work on shared project. At a time you have to work for 5-6 client which in turns you won't get enough time to build your skills and also you will not get time to gain knowledge on tools you would be working on as you will be involve in various calls and meetings.

No work pressure, good working environment.

There no career growth after level 11, no appraisal or bonus, the variable which they mention in CTC they only give 70 % of it. And last but not the least cafeteria is worst.

I did not find anything that I liked worked in Accenture.

...ork extra. Even if you voice it out, no body cares and keep giving lame excuses. Overall poor salary as compared to work you will have to do. If you are working on new technologies it’s your responsibility to get the work done without any training support at all and this is my experience and my peers experience across Accenture. Every talk is just talk no body cares for mental health, work life balance, appreciations, I don’t want to get into working style; on open platform but did not like it as well. No transparency.

Even though i worked till the completion of the project in accenture. I didn't got the completion bonus for completing the project where i worked for 5 years
