If you end up in good project, you get lot of learning. Mostly people are nice and respectful.

Dislikes

...career, internal job change is very difficult (most managers don't release you). Also employees who work hard and deliver only get verbal praise and it doesn't translate to compensation hike. Appraisals are mostly based on completing certain number of years but not on achievements and successes. Sadly employees are not valued fairly.

Amazing work exposure and learning curve is something i felt with the place and opportunities.

Dislikes

Work life balance and no compensation/ ctc or opportunity for people to get converted from contract to onrolls till you beg and differ, work should be looked into and talent should be brought up but its more into pampering and managers fav that works around rather than hard work.

Accenture offers good package plus benifits like free shuttles . Cultural activities are one of the best side of Accenture.

Dislikes

This is not about Accenture..it's about few managers and TLs who are doing politics in projects. Few fake and unskilled resources are pampered and genuine resources are thrown out .

Accenture is a good company. It has very employee friendly policies. It's a great company for female employees. Management is overall good.

Dislikes

Compensation is not upto the mark specially for a loyal employee.

...ed. In this company get to work on banking, Investment, insurance based client. salary and compensation is much better as compared to other service base company. Accenture allowed there employee to certified latest cutting edge technology.

There is lot of support and maintenance project in Accenture . In some project if you get chance to work but before that you have to give client interview.
