Poor management as Accenture has initiated program to increase female emploiand give them preferences. Not females are almost 50% of the population and most of them are driving the work culture like if they are at home. Too much ego clashes, non approving nature, female employee always dislike another female employee which makes it even worse. They really do not want anybody to achieve more than themselves. They lie a lot to their team members and just speak sweetly to cover anything. Anything means anything. Female employees mostly do not have much work on their plate but they portray like they are the ones who have all the responsibilities of Accenture. They tend to get their work done by other and publish their own name to take credit. They are just making the place worse day by day. This is true. One 100 percent true.

Usual things that come with a big brand like office spaces and facilities and on time salary

Dislikes

They don't care if it is Covid or not, they will lay you off whenever they feel like it. Work place politics is amongst the worst rampant favouritism and lack of culture and ethics.

You are not being value as a person. You have to sacrifice your personal life. Promotions are based on buttering skill if you do not possess that skill you may not even get the variable pay promotion and appraisals remains your dream though you have done your job well.

There is no appraisal or promotion from last two appraisal cycle due to insufficient project and recession in the market

Work life balance is totally a myth, no growth in terms of salary for last two years

Work life balance and respect for the individual is the great thing we follow here. Everyone is heard. You will never feel wrongly judged or any kind of demeaning politics inside teams.

...ent salary not matching market value, people are frustrated and leaving company. Even the variable pay also didn't happen as per outcome.
