Salary is too low.. Not at all matches to the work we do. No promotion and appraisal. Hike is based upon favouritism. Extended work shift. Less leaves are granted. Its all about work work and work. No peace!!

Salary is good. And you work hard but buttering people take lots of advantage from manager. Loyal person suffer the most. No work from no leave come office. While other person taking work from home monthly.

Something should be for manager who harrass you mentally. I am suffering from July. That stress ruined my life.

Usual things that come with a big brand like office spaces and facilities and on time salary

They don't care if it is Covid or not, they will lay you off whenever they feel like it. Work place politics is amongst the worst rampant favouritism and lack of culture and ethics.

Company is good for salary but work life balance is too bad working hours is too long no fixed time daily working hours should be more than 12 hours.

Work life balance , no social Indian culture festivals celebration on any occasions this is too bad

Some good opportunity to learn new skills. But you will have to save time at your own responsibility after completing all works in the Project.

No work life balance. At Kolkata location worst leave policy. You won't be allowed to take sick leave otherwise they will deduct half day salary for one day sick leave.
