... a vendor employee. I'm neither getting benefits from client nor from Accenture. Just the salary, that too very less compared to any other projects. There are very few amazing projects with them. Rest all are just time pass and time & material projects.

It is great to work with Accenture. They provide you more latest technologies to learn but fact is you don't have time to learn quickly. Currently I am working with US client. I learned a lot of things in my project like doing automations, interacting with clients etc.. coming to onboard it is somewhat difficult in my project coz there is less opportunities of onboard.

Dislikes

...islike my company, it gives me better opportunity to prove my self as a fresher. Coming to compensation it is ok for me. I used to work till 2 am but managers didn't notice that much even though I received client appreciation mail's they don't notice anything and they want something more from us, so in this situation I feel sad.

Employees are assigned laptops if needed and the free shuttle service to all.

Dislikes

Compensation is good but the growth is very low. The work pressure is high that need to work for more than 12 hours and need to take late night calls late at night. Managers do not value our strengths, all they need is work to be done. Sometimes the benefits for working in shifts is also not given.

Likes

Learning is very good. Accenture have good projects where we get chance to enhance our skill and get expertise. Work environment is also good. No need to worry about swipe timing if into a project.

Dislikes

Formal dress code. Promotion is slow but salary hike is good. Work is completely based on the project. But definitely it's bit hectic as compared to other mnc.
