Initially it was working remotely.

They will make you work 15 hours and pay u according 9 hours. They do not appreciate your efforts and never acknowledge. Language politics is super strong. You are just a resource to them. You might work under people who have only worked at 1 company that is Accenture. Overall skill development is 0

The pay is bit low for my domain and designation by comparing it to other companies...but I'm expecting a hike soon...surely they will provide

They gave package morethan I expected and later I get realized that instead giving hike and bonus they ate providing good package.we can't get a chance to work on single project, In a short period they will change as per requirement
