Make you work 30 mins extra than the paid time . On Time and expenses , you’ll have to mention your shift for 9 hours , but in the roster it will be for 9.5hours. Overwhelmed with work all the time , no opportunities to upskill. If you perform well in a team, you’ll be stagnated as the Team lead will try with his dear life to keep you slogging at the same place. Experiences are subjective, but to speak generally about the company, for Indians, they’ll make you slog like a donkey. If you underperform for some time, they’ll put you on PIP and throw you out of the company

As a offroll employee of Accenture the CTC is so terrible as compared to Accenture onrole employee where we all work at same level with in same space,which is a very important factor for moral issue at office, except that all good great to have such a wonderful TL & manager who supports us as a friend at every step, no toxic office environment, Thats make everything great .

Excellent opportunities, work culture is also good.best part is there salary structure and allowance. And the worst is u need to be your managers favourite inorder to survive else you will be put in to shifts where there no work and at the end they will blame you that u r not productive enough. Still its not the case with all of them.covid has impacted them else its an excellent company to work.if someone gets opportunity don't even think twice.

Lot of politics. You have to managers favorite inorder to get promotion or to survive. If you have a men favorite manager then its a trouble for women.

I did not find anything that I liked worked in Accenture.

...ork extra. Even if you voice it out, no body cares and keep giving lame excuses. Overall poor salary as compared to work you will have to do. If you are working on new technologies it’s your responsibility to get the work done without any training support at all and this is my experience and my peers experience across Accenture. Every talk is just talk no body cares for mental health, work life balance, appreciations, I don’t want to get into working style; on open platform but did not like it as well. No transparency.

Even though i worked till the completion of the project in accenture. I didn't got the completion bonus for completing the project where i worked for 5 years
