Nothing except the initial salary hike while joining and few other benefits.

Everything!!! Managers, work life balance, 0% understanding, no medical leaves without showing documentation, beg for our hard earned leaves we get every cycle, no increment, changes on our salary without any discussion, getting all useless with 0% knowledge promoted and making all eligible workers work at agent level, informed we have hybrid but No! That only applies to their favourite ones who loves licking the managers feet, no appreciation, always focuses on downside and draws to initiating a PIP, initial rating would be -♾️ but no option to rate below 1 star.. the worst decision i took to join Accenture!

Job security is good and the salary is best in the market and you get appraisals in every 6 months if you are in top performers otherwise it will be 9 months circle for you.

Dislikes

Highly imbalanced work life as the office hours and the shift is of 10 hours and till KE level you get hybrid however if you are part of management than you have no chance of getting hybrid and sometime have to work on weekends as well.

Please confirm your process before joining, i am in google process and believe me it’s terrible. You will be in great problem if you guys join google process, work life balance is terrible and skill development is almost negligible. The work here is not that much difficult but still it’s very difficult to maintain scorecards because of the senior management rules. Even senior management know that it’s copy paste work from the google ads recommendations and after a year of hard work they will offer 1-7% increment, usually it is 4%. Be cautious of 10 hrs of work also and it will be get stretched 1-2 hrs

Management here. My manager was sleeping with her manager to get the promotion and guess what she even got that. She was level 11 when she joined and now she is level 8 within 5 years. Why am I writing this because she was not a qualified manager due to which the team suffered. She did not have backup plan and was not able to handle the team efficiently. Moreover, she didn't let me switch the shift as I had suffered miscarriage and was prescribed by doctor to have proper sleep. This is about the female manager who is handling Bayer WHC.

Company would offer higher than average salary if you have more experience however their working hrs are more than other companies so it doesn't feel like a better hike honestly, plus the experience totally depends on how good you are with the management.
