...Managers just think about themselves and don't focus on the growth of employees. Salary is peanuts they want work to be world class but to the compensation they offer is pathetic. Also managers are more interested in knowing the current relationships of people in the office rather than focusing on work.

Chances of career development is more. Compensation and other benefits is very best. You can learn much and enhanced your skills. Culture is very nice. Transport facility is very very very good. Girls safety is more. Skip meeting is very good thing is there. Job security is also there. Internal movement is good policy. And many athers lots of good policies in favour of employees. Last buy not the least, organisation is very good and I am happy and lucky to join this.

Favouritism is somewhere in team. Team leaders do some partiality.

... has also no responsibility to take a right decision. There is full of politics. People are taking salary for doing better politics and not for work. As an employee I complaint that never join Accenture if u want to stay. People are so bad over there. There is zero level sense of responsibility. There is no value of your hard work and knowledge. There is no respect of female employees.

...can be fired if the boss is biased. Even no career growth. Big time..time loss. Salary will grow only if boss is satisfied not related to work. So much of pick ups so travelling will upset you always very bad work life balance. C grade work environment. Bad place to work if you want to stay.

No hikes, no promotion and salary part not as per market value and people will stuck same place for long time that they loyal pays off but in this company nothing pays and inside they is lot of politics some people will get bonus to stay there and they won't give them a correct hike.... Those who gets will not speak anything on that.... And only name Accenture is good but inside for finance and accounts people will not have good future over there....
