Pay scale little low I feel. I am level 12 but have good working experiences. But still not satisfied with the pay scale. But also it's vary with every person.

Very very low salary ,even working hard there is no development in career.,Politics between higher officials bothers employees...not understanding employee problems and just squeezing and throwing out. MBA graduate and 2.5!years experience still take home salary only 13k ! That’s was terrible !

The name of Accenture is good.

No hikes, no promotion and salary part not as per market value and people will stuck same place for long time that they loyal pays off but in this company nothing pays and inside they is lot of politics some people will get bonus to stay there and they won't give them a correct hike.... Those who gets will not speak anything on that.... And only name Accenture is good but inside for finance and accounts people will not have good future over there....

Growth in terms of compensation is below than average for lower levels like Analyst & Associates. Although the 100% production & 90% other reporting stuff is also done by lower level only
