I had done all the shifts which was available. Not given proper work to do. Have given me the work which a fresher does. The biggest thing was the finance department had updated my date of joining wrongly and for the same reason and PF is still stuck with the company for last 2 years now. The manager wasn’t co-operative enough.

Before Covid I would like to work, from Covid onwards I don’t like, management behaving with employees is not okay

From last two years no hike no promotion also and hike come down to single digit, how employee can manage family parents, how employee will get motivation to work more and now days started extra work with out nothing, no motivation from management who are giving full effort to complete the work

No doubt Accenture is very good company compared to other MNCs like Genpact Capgemini Wipro TCS in terms of salary learning growth and work life balance also for job security.

Dislikes

Accenture is very good company but it can provide more salary than paying to its employees and there should be fixed promotion for the employees because the problem is here the internal project managerial team who does politics.

No job security... Full politics by level 8 , 9 staffs.. In the name of variable pay, these people doing blunder.. Human Resources staffs should change their name to hypocrisy resources.

Everything I dis like.. Level 8 staffs doing politics at the time of apprisal and variable pay.. In the name of less performance, they cheat staffs..

Overall the company is really good... It depends on the process for which you are working....

They wil offer the variable pay to employees but they won't pay you the complete variable even though you are the start performer...
