If you are staying in a company too long. They would not revise your compensation as per market value during financial cycle. Sometime you will see new hired people on same level earning double than yours.

... than other service based companies like Wipro, HCL, Infosys, Tech Mahindra etc. It is an employee friendly company with decent salary hikes. They provided one time thank-you bonus during covid.

Few managers are not good, they demotivate team members and frequent change in management affects employees growth.

Being a service company, the disadvantage I see his moving to the role we aspire might always be tricky as we need to have the right demand, right opportunity and that opportunity to reach to you in this large company

Poor management as Accenture has initiated program to increase female employee and give them preferences. Now females are almost 50% of the population and most of them are driving the work culture like if they are at home. Too much ego clashes, non approving nature, female employee always dislike another female employee which makes it even worse. They really do not want anybody to achieve more than themselves. They lie a lot to their team members and just speak sweetly to cover anything. Anything means anything. Female employees mostly do not have much work on their plate but they portray like they are the ones who have all the responsibilities of Accenture. They tend to get their work done by other and publish their own name to take credit. They are just making the place worse day by day. This is true. One 100 percent true. No promotiona and no increament are new normal in Accenture these days.

...port based. So you don't get to have an experience in an implementation project. No growth, no hike, no recognition. There is absolutely nothing to add value. Moreover without hikes and promotions, they called the resource to office which is a crime I would say.
