Company would offer higher than average salary if you have more experience however their working hrs are more than other companies so it doesn't feel like a better hike honestly, plus the experience totally depends on how good you are with the management.

Heavy work, frustrated and whatever happens they will not support us. For leave and salary hike and shifts timings we cannot ask they will blame us like anything. No respect will give to us. I am working from home so they are not giving the hike and all. I am have some financial issues that's why am working here and looking for other job. They are taking advantage of me and asking everyday to extend in the shifts.

You are not being value as a person. You have to sacrifice your personal life. Promotions are based on buttering skill if you do not possess that skill you may not even get the variable pay promotion and appraisals remains your dream though you have done your job well.

There is no appraisal or promotion from last two appraisal cycle due to insufficient project and recession in the market
