Heavy work, frustrated and whatever happens they will not support us. For leave and salary hike and shifts timings we cannot ask they will blame us like anything. No respect will give to us. I am working from home so they are not giving the hike and all. I am have some financial issues that's why am working here and looking for other job. They are taking advantage of me and asking everyday to extend in the shifts.

Just liked the project manager and the manager of speciality domain

The compensation is not good and work the HR will tell you that your CTC is good with variable pay but you will only get 5-10 percent of it. The management is terrible they don't even know what their employees work on what type of work they do. Especially the team managers

No matter how less the salary is, it is credited on time.

Dislikes

No appreciation, no acknowledgment, no recognition, hikes and bonus are just sprinkled at us which gets evaporated to tax. No hikes based on work and performance what so ever. Toxic boss who eats up your promotion. Manager lacks leadership skills. Very bad environment.

Company and its operation policy are good but people Who are leading team are not capable enough to direct team according to company values and policies. Work life balance is critical in some of the projects. And it's transportation policy makes you loose your time atleast for 2hours in a day excluding travel time. Leads are not transparent in giving ratings, OT pay won't given on time and most of the time no full OT will be given ,if work extra 10 hours it will be given 1 or 2 hours based on the leads mood. Who ever is capable of doing work will get more work but not appreciated. Lack of carreer development. Favouritism.

Dislikes

People at workplace are toxic. You work equal to your seniors. There less salary and fun events compared to other companies. In finance we extend a lot during volume periods.
