... time. Teammates were partially good. I didn't see my career growth in the deal. Salary was insufficient for my work I used to do. Had to do work of 4 employees. Innovation was accepted but usually didn't get appreciation. I do not blame only the Company. Also the leaders should be good with their work and employees.

Salary and flexible shift which is not ok for married couples.

1) Salary not expected with market rate. 2) Less learning (Depend on profile to profile) 3) Growth with this company is very slow Note* Only Advice to switch after 1-2 yr experience.

...you will get appraisal hike and everything your performance don't matter at all. Even they don't pay OT to contractual employees.

Accenture gives so big support to the employee overall.. Especially women I can tell that one of the top most company who gives equal right and safety. As a women I salute accenture for giving safe and secure workplace.. Policies are which is more required to be a professional workplace... Overall I love to work with a peaceful mind.

...e people and give small token of appreciation. That will make people to do more. Salary increments need to be modify more.

I have learned many things while working in Accenture. I am working in Healthcare and it's a huge knowledgeable process.

Dislikes

Due to night shift its difficult to balance work life and personal life. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.
