Good Salary Structure - Gratuity and Insurance given by company and not deducted from Salary. Hybrid mode. Culture. Latest tech in internal projects. Good Employee strength.

Dislikes

Very less onsite opportunity. Less client projects and they will take to their internal project without employees confirmation. In internal projects there will be no process and senior guys enjoy here and waste the budget and it is non-billable project. Do not join internal project if you are < 10 yrs exp it will ruin your career with no client exposure, no domain knowledge exp and no process. Poor Rating system and they rank at each experience level like Junior , Senior , TL etc., and if you are the bottom rank you will be in trouble. Once we are in bottom rank mostly they will be send out of company.

Likes

Compensation and benefits is good to some extent. Many projects flexible for work from home.

Dislikes

No growth, top level management and managers in project lack in knowledge in advanced technology and concepts. Many actually fear to use latest technology. No self driven factors and Voicing opinion is considered as Sin here. Poor place to work for. Not actually reporting the actual facts and status of project turning as a problem.

The while experience of working with Accenture is very frustrating.

Dislikes

...ong working hours at the client side with zero acknowledgement and appreciation. The salary which they promise is very often not received. There has been no hikes and very less bonus since last 2 years. If a person has other offers then Accenture is not a place to join.

...is very poor since 3-4 years. Other than market correction which happens across. No comepetive pay and is generally less with extra pressure on deadline. Management can be better people. Be aware of internal project specially operation which is always below average pay with demand of increase work no work-life balance.
