Heavy work, frustrated and whatever happens they will not support us. For leave and salary hike and shifts timings we cannot ask they will blame us like anything. No respect will give to us. I am working from home so they are not giving the hike and all. I am have some financial issues that's why am working here and looking for other job. ...especially when working on client projects that follow a strict methodology. 11. **No Salary Increment for Several Years**: Some employees have reported not receiving a salary increase for an extended period (e.g., 3 years or more). This can lead to dissatisfaction, especially when job performance and company growth do not seem to be reflected in compensation adjustments. 12. **Extended Working Hours**: Although the standard working hours are supposed to be 9 hours, some employees report being required to work 9.5 hours, leading to frustration and a sense that the company is demanding more time without appropriate compensation or recognition for the additional hours. NEVER WORK WITH THIS COMPANY. WORST COMPANY EVER SEEN.
