Work life balance is great. Great work culture. They provide good appraisals.. mid year corrections to help level up the employee pay. LGBT has a great support. Best place to work for women.

Dislikes

When I was hired there was this pay scale concept...and that gave me a slight hit on my take home. However later they compensated with mid year corrections. So my request would be, try not to hurt the older take home of the employee, may be you could offer the same as there are people who would just like to associate with Accenture anyhow however also would not want to take a cut on the pay they were already receiving in their earlier job.

Learning opportunities are good, My current project is good, no micro management or other headaches

Appraisal is very bad, Since Julie's entry to the company, most of employees are not seeing good salary hikes

...mpany helps people in developing skill sets. The culture is good and supportive. There is good payouts through rewards and recognition.

Dislikes

There is politics and favoritism. The company do not pay well for appraisals and promotion

Pros: Work culture, Flexible timings (based on projects), Salary and Benefits.

Dislikes

Cons: There is no scope for learning and skill development - most of the time, you'll end up in roles that doesn't suite your skill sets, Poor work-life balance ( based on projects), linguistic politics/partiality among the managers.

1. Very less hikes and promotions 2. No parties,celebration and team meet 3. Less variable pay 4. Nothing on festivals 5. Have to work after the working hours 6. Sometimes very high Work pressure
