Colleagues are awesome, helpful and has good knowledge.

Dislikes

Current HRs and mid level management is poor. Team leads and mangers are illogical amd lack cometance and abimuty to lead and manage. Not capable of leading teams or manging the workforce. Therefore attrition is high and good talent is leaving the company

Dislikes

Top management both in India & USA are horrendous. Culture is nowhere being even good, that bad. Lack of transparency.
