...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Colleagues are awesome, helpful and has good knowledge.

Dislikes

Current HRs and mid level management is poor. Team leads and mangers are illogical amd lack cometance and abimuty to lead and manage. Not capable of leading teams or manging the workforce. Therefore attrition is high and good talent is leaving the company

Nothing because there is only one single team of 15 members who keep working and show as if there are 100-500 employees on internet.

Dislikes

Toxicity too much ... You can't take leave... You can't work from home.... If you leave early ...they'll fine you.
